Spacious 139 m² house in Puerto de Santiago, designed for families of up to 4 guests looking for comfort, outdoor space and a coastal setting. The property is arranged over three floors and has two bedrooms: a main bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, plus two bathrooms, both with showers.

The living-dining area includes a Smart TV and ceiling fan, while the kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, juicer, blender, toaster, extractor hood and washing machine. There is also 600 Mb/s WiFi, an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

A key feature is the choice of outdoor spaces. The terrace by the kitchen has a barbecue; the main bedroom terrace includes a table, two chairs and a hanging chair; and another terrace has an outdoor shower. Guests also have a private garage with direct internal access to the house and use of the communal swimming pool.

Located in Puerto de Santiago on Avenida Marítima, close to Playa de la Arena, the house is well placed for local restaurants, services and the seafront atmosphere. The Los Gigantes cliffs and boat trips for whale and dolphin watching are among the area’s main attractions.
