This cozy lakefront rental is tucked in a picturesque location between the glistening gulf and Oyster Lake, one of the rare coastal dune lakes found in this area. The home features comfortable accommodations, well-appointed bedrooms, a sun-soaked balcony, and a 15'x34' private pool overlooking the lake. It can comfortably host up to ten guests with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This home is also pet-friendly and has room to host your furry friend!

Upon arrival, guests will cross an enchanting paver bridge to reach the private oasis. A set of outdoor stairs leads to a wraparound balcony furnished with tables, chairs, and a BBQ grill. From here, you can enjoy views of the beach, dune lake, and picture-perfect coastal setting. The lakefront, lagoon-shaped pool offers a relaxing sanctuary for you and your guests. You’ll find yourselves spending hours here, soaking up the sun, taking a refreshing swim, drinking a cold cocktail, and enjoying each other’s company.

Inside, the home’s living room is warm and inviting. Shiplap walls, light-toned flooring, and coastal-inspired accents add to the beachy feel. The living room includes two white leather couches and a wooden drink table. A wall-mounted flatscreen TV is provided for entertainment. In the dining room, a honey-toned wood table is surrounded by six high-backed chairs. A set of glass doors leads to the breezy balcony. The spacious kitchen has granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a sunny window for natural light.

The primary suite features a king-size bed, huge flatscreen TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo. Two of the remaining guest rooms also have king-size beds, so there is no need to fight over sleeping accommodations! Each of these bedrooms also has a TV and shares a full hall bath. The final guest bedroom includes two twin bunks, perfect for the kiddos.

With its central location in Dune Allen Beach, this property places guests near everything you need for a memorable beach vacation. The beach is just across the street and a two to three-minute walk from the house. Several popular restaurants are within close proximity, including Vue on 30A and Stinky’s Fish Camp. Gulf Place is a fun village center nearby, featuring coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, and an outdoor amphitheater where seasonal events are held. Be sure to explore the other cute coastal towns, as well. Pro tip: biking is a fun way to make the most out of your tropical explorations!
