Tucked between the Eastern Lake and the shimmering Gulf of Mexico, you will find our 3 Bed, 3 Bath rental home, Kulula West on 30A, with accommodations for up to 11 guests and heated (upon request) pool. Beautifully designed with premium appliances, classy decor and beachy undertones, Kulula West at Eastern Lake at Seagrove Beach 30A is designed to provide a luxurious vacation experience, steps from the best beaches on the Emerald Coast AND the beautiful waters of Eastern Lake!

Tons of room on the Patio around the (seasonally heated, upon request) 33x9.5 foot private pool! The large backyard completes this picturesque home, a perfect place for hanging out with the whole family.

This home is on our Resort Linen and Terry Package with guaranteed fresh linen and terry placed at every turn!

Beach Access:
Kulula West is just a 2 minute (~ 400 Ft) stroll from 2 separate public beach accesses, including the Eastern Lake Neighborhood beach access. Located on the west side of Eastern Lake, where the rare coastal dune lake outfall meets the white sands of the beach, this a unique beach access point, with access to both the lake and the sea!

In addition, Kulula is 1/4 mile south of Scenic 30A, with tons of beautiful shops and restaurants at Greenway Station.

Guest Access:
Beach Access: Kulula East is just a 2 minute (~ 400 Ft) stroll to the Eastern Lake Road Public Beach Access, with access to both Eastern Lake AND the Beach!
It’s also about 0.2 miles (or a 5-minute walk) from the Ramsgate Beach Access as well!

Private Pool: Kulula East’s pool can be heated upon request between Nov 1 - May 15th for $50 a day. If heating of the pool is desired please notify us forty-eight (48) hours in advance to allow the pool to reach optimal temperature. The pool will be heated to a maximum of 80 degrees. This cannot be changed and maybe less in very cold weather. Pool can be heated for the following dates: Sept 1 - Oct 31, Nov 1 - Feb 28, Mar 1 - May 31.

The Neighborhood:
30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald blue waters indigenous to the area. Each village has its own unique characteristics that paint a fairy tale like scene against some of the country’s most beautiful beaches. Come live the 30A life and experience the beach the way it was meant to be, where Southern Charm meets Bohemian lifestyle and unforgettable vacation memories are created.

Other Things to Note:
Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.

Pool Heating Information: Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $65+tax per day. Heating is only offered from October 1st to May 15th. If you would like the pool heated, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to allow sufficient time for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. The pool will be heated to a maximum temperature of 80°F, and in colder weather, the temperature may be slightly lower. Please note that this temperature cannot be adjusted beyond the 80°F limit. Tampering with the pool heating system without explicit written approval from the Management Company is strictly prohibited and may result in an additional fee. We kindly ask that guests refrain from altering the settings or equipment. In compliance with state law, all windows and doors that lead to the pool area are equipped with safety alarms.

Exterior Surveillance Noticer: For the security of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras are in place. These may include, but are not limited to, a front doorbell camera, driveway camera, cameras monitoring balconies, and a camera overseeing the pool area (if applicable). These devices are positioned to ensure safety while respecting guest privacy.

Alarm: Per State Law all private pools must have alarms on all windows and doors that can lead to the pool. This home is equipped with 2 of these state-required alarms.

Starter Amenity Packs: At Beachwalk Vacations, we provide essential items for our guests to use until they can stock up at the store. In the kitchen, you'll find dishwashing soap, two dishwasher pods, and one roll of paper towels. For the bathrooms, we supply two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, along with basic amenities such as shampoo and a soap bar (similar to hotel-style, but not restocked during your stay). We also provide professionally laundered bed linens and towels with your reservation. For your convenience, we recommend bringing your own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Great Property & Amenities!

This place was great, with plenty of room, bathrooms, great pool and short walk to the beach. The kids loved the bikes and we didn't move our car once we arrived because the golf cart got us everywhere we needed to go. Bedrooms were very spacious and it was immaculate. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for a great family spring break trip!!

Awesome Getaway!

This property is great! It is literally steps from the beach, but you still get a six seater golf cart to cruise around Seagrove. The kitchen is the best equipped rental unit kitchen I have ever had. Only thing missing was a dust pan for the broom! The pool was heated just perfectly and came in handy on the chilly days that are inevitable this time of year in this area. The beds were comfortable, and having two kings was a must for our group. We have no complaints whatsoever.

The property had everything we needed. It was great having a golf cart to get around town. Easy access to the beach. The house could use a little upgrade on the flooring and needs more seating in the living room. The pool was very nice. Overall it was all good and we would stay again.
