Located just a brief stroll from the beach and surrounded by the central delights of WaterColor, including the Gulf-front splendor of WaterColor Beach Club, premier shopping and dining spots, the elegant WaterColor Inn, and The Boathouse for delightful lake access activities. Prepare to be enchanted by the grandeur, quality, and serene setting of this extraordinary home during your beach getaway!

Professionally adorned, every detail of this home reflects meticulous design, from the reclaimed farm wood beams to the cypress doors and shiplap walls that grace all three stories. The first floor seamlessly integrates the living room, kitchen, and a dining area accommodating six guests, complemented by a beautiful center island with bar stool seating for four. Step outside to discover three charming porches and an outdoor oasis featuring a dining table, loungers, a fireplace, grill, and comfortable seating—ideal for enjoying a movie on the flat-screen TV. The first floor also hosts an office, a convenient laundry room, and a powder room with easy access to the inviting pool area.

Ascend to the second floor, where four guest bedrooms await—three with king-sized beds and one with a queen bed. The luxurious primary suite stands out with its own foyer, vaulted ceilings, a cozy sitting nook, and an exquisite bathroom boasting a double sink vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Another laundry room on this floor adds to the convenience.

The third floor opens up to an inviting lounge space with comfortable seating and a TV, providing a perfect spot for relaxation and gatherings. A powder room nearby and an additional guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower complete the picture.

NOTE: When booking, please provide the correct number of adults and children that will be staying in the home. WaterColor requires a wristband for all guests 5 years and older, to allow access to the amenities (pool and beach) so you must provide the correct number of guests to ensure everyone will have access to the community amenities. We are not able to provide additional wristbands after your arrival, so it is imperative you inform us at least two weeks before your arrival if there is a change after the time of booking. The HOA will not allow more than 12 guests in this home at any time, and they will not issue more than 12 bands per stay. No exceptions can be made.

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a certain number of vehicles (approximately 45 per week) throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first served basis. Please contact Electric Cart Company directly for availability and pricing.

Parking
Call Me the Breeze has designated parking for two-three vehicles in the carport area. Rented LSV's (golf carts) must be parked in one of the designated, on-property parking spaces.

WaterColor will only issue two parking passes per property. Any additional vehicles parked in the community without a parking pass displayed could be fined and or towed. WaterColor also has public on-street parking throughout the community for overflow vehicles; parking is on a first come, first served basis and passes must be displayed at all times.

***Promotional rates may be available by booking your home with our local team at 30A Cottages & Concierge. Unfortunately, discounts are not available on vrbo. Please reach out to us and we are happy to answer any questions you have regarding our homes or the 30A area. One of our local agents is waiting to assist you with everything from the beginning of the booking process all the way up to your stay. ***The cancellation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancellation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancellations.
