The second floor of “Shore Thing” serves as the main gathering space of the home and features an open-concept living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Updated coastal furnishings, ample seating, and a wall-mounted Smart TV create a comfortable place to relax after a beach day. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a high-rise breakfast bar with additional seating, and is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more for easy meal preparation. Also on this level is the custom bunk room featuring two twin-over-twin bunk sets and access to a full guest bathroom with walk-in shower.

The third floor offers two spacious king suites, each with private en-suite bathrooms, Smart TVs, and comfortable accommodations designed for privacy and relaxation. One of the suites serves as the primary suite, while the second functions as an additional private king retreat perfect for couples or multi-generational families.
