The space
As soon as you enter the apartment you will be welcomed by a beautiful ocean view from the 16th floor. The apartment is perfect for couples, families with children, seniors, and business travelers.
There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a private bathroom, balcony access, and a 50" TV. The second bedroom has three single beds, balcony access, and a 50" TV. The third bedroom is an open studio with a sofa bed for three people and a 50" TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it has everything you need for those who want to cook, it has a Nevecon; And if you have dirty clothes don't worry, there is also a washer and dryer.
It has parking for one car.

Guest access
- At the reception, the manilla payment must be made per person (children under 9 years of age do not pay) the value of each is COP 60,400, this payment is only made once during the stay and must be paid by debit card or credit card.

-The guest will be provided with A card to enter the apartment. If you need a second card there will be an additional cost.
