The Space:
AIRE is a boutique, open-air bungalow located on the upper part of CasaInspira in Mazunte, Oaxaca. Views of the ocean, Laguna Ventanilla’s mangroves and the surrounding mountains create a beautiful setting to unwind and enjoy the landscape.

The 40 m² space features a double bed, private bathroom, equipped kitchenette, desk, ceiling fan and an additional pedestal fan. Its design uses wooden louvered panels to allow natural airflow and light, bringing the outdoor environment into the experience.

AIRE is part of an approximately 5,000 m² property with gardens and native vegetation. It is ideal for travelers who appreciate nature, privacy and an alternative to conventional accommodation.

Guest Access:
When staying at AIRE, your sanctuary extends to the shared spaces of CasaInspira:
• Common Areas: Enjoy over 1,000 m² of shared spaces, such as the Monumental Palapa with its endless horizon views and designer outdoor copper shower, or the Tree Terrace, perfect for reading, sipping coffee, or enjoying a glass of wine during mystical nights under the ambient lighting.
• Living Nature: The property features over 3,500 m² of local vegetation, creating a safe and peaceful sanctuary where you can observe native birds in their natural habitat

The Neighborhood:
CasaInspira is located on a quiet hillside in Mazunte, surrounded by vegetation and natural landscapes, with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Laguna Ventanilla and the mountains. It is an ideal setting for travelers looking to relax, enjoy nature and escape the noise while remaining within reach of the village.

Mazunte offers restaurants, cafés, small shops, local markets and relaxed beaches. You can also explore Mermejita Beach, Punta Cometa and the Laguna Ventanilla ecological reserve. The property is integrated into a natural hillside environment, so you can expect slopes, stone steps and uneven paths in the surrounding area.

Getting Around:
You can walk to Mazunte village and a nearby beach in approximately 15 minutes at a steady pace, depending on the route. Please note that CasaInspira is located on a hillside, and some paths include slopes and steps.

Mazunte town center is approximately a 10-minute drive away. For added convenience, especially at night or when carrying luggage, local mototaxis and taxis are available. On-site parking is available for guests arriving by car.

For visits to Punta Cometa or Laguna Ventanilla, we recommend checking with the CasaInspira team for local transportation options.

Other Things to Note:
• AIRE is designed to be open to its natural surroundings and does not have air conditioning. Natural ventilation is supported by fans.
• As the space is not fully enclosed, you may hear natural sounds and experience changes in the weather.
• CasaInspira is located on a hillside with slopes and stairs. Please take this into account if you have reduced mobility.
• Common areas are shared with guests in the other units when AIRE is booked separately.
• Pets are welcome, subject to the booking conditions and property rules.
