Charming Retreat – Ground Floor is a spacious and comfortable home, ideal for families, groups, or longer stays. The ground-floor layout offers easy access and a relaxed flow throughout the space, located approximately 300 meters from the beach with a short walk to the shore.

The home features three private bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, plus an additional half bath. Guests also enjoy access to a shared pool and shared outdoor areas in a calm coastal setting.

This property is located on the ground floor of a two-level building. It features three bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom, plus an additional half bathroom. One bedroom includes a walk-in closet.

Guests have access to a shared swimming pool and shared outdoor areas, which are shared with other guests in the building. The upper floor consists of independent rooms that are rented separately.

The ground-floor layout provides easy and convenient access, making the space suitable for families, groups, or longer stays.

Guests have access to the entire ground-floor house, including all private bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the kitchen, living room, dining area, and a private office room. The layout offers comfort, privacy, and plenty of space to enjoy daily living.

Guests may also use the shared swimming pool and shared outdoor areas on the property. Rooms located on the upper floor of the building, along with any private or staff-only areas, are not accessible to guests.

We’re happy to give guests their space and privacy while remaining available whenever needed, just a call or message away.

Guests are welcomed at check-in for key delivery and, if desired, a brief orientation of the home. For added flexibility, self check-in is available for arrivals after 5:00 PM, and self check-out is available for departures before 8:00 AM.

-> For those who love nature and wildlife, the nearby Escobilla turtle sanctuary offers a unique experience to observe olive ridley sea turtles in their natural habitat.

-> Puerto Escondido: About 30 to 45 min by car. known for its vibrant nightlife, shopping, and dining options. This gives you the flexibility to enjoy a quiet day by the sea or venture out for some urban entertainment.

-> Huatulco: A resort region known for its nine bays and numerous beaches. Explore the pristine waters of Bahias de Huatulco National Park, go snorkeling or diving, and enjoy the vibrant nightlife and dining scene. Around 1.30 hours by car.

-> Cascadas de Llano Grande: A series of stunning waterfalls nestled in the lush mountains of the Sierra Madre del Sur. Take a refreshing dip in the natural pools and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes by car.

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM | Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests and neighbors.
• Smoking: No smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
• Guests & visitors: Registered guests only. No parties, events, or unapproved visitors.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Care of the space: Please keep the apartment and any shared areas reasonably clean and pick up after yourself so everyone can enjoy the space.
• Air conditioning use: Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment to help conserve energy.
• Pool & towels: Pool towels and all property towels are for on-site use only and may not be taken off the property or used at the beach.
• Pool & shared areas: Pool use is at your own risk. Please shower before entering the pool. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Laundry service: Washer and dryer use, if available, is offered for an additional fee and upon request.
• Workspace & WiFi: WiFi is provided for general use and remote work. Please be mindful of others when using shared spaces.
• Keys & security: Please lock the apartment and gates when leaving. Lost keys may incur a replacement fee.
• Drugs & illegal activities: The use, possession, or sale of drugs and any illegal activity are strictly prohibited on the property.
• Subletting: Subletting, transferring the reservation, or hosting unregistered guests is not permitted.
• General: Failure to comply with these house rules may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.
