„It is a beach house! It is perfect for what it is. It is not fancy. But it was comfortable for our family of 6! Kitchen worked well for us. It was hotter than usual for the Grover Beach area. Thankful for screened windows, fans and a fair air conditioner! A short walk to the beach. Were able to see a launch from Vandenberg! Great parks for our 3 yr old grandchild, were nearby! It was in a charming area within walking distance of the main street; close enough to SLO for Cal Poly graduation weekend, yet far enough away that it wasn't too crowded on their busiest weekend of the year.
