Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, this thoughtfully laid out villa provides stunning outdoor views from every room. The 2 identical master bedroom suites (one per level) are set at the rear of the home. Each features an en suite, a king size bed with high quality linens and beautifully crafted woodwork for a resort-style feel.

On the main floor you'll find an inviting open-concept kitchen complete with a large island, countertop convection oven/air fryer in addition to a full gas range with cooktop. The living area features a Smart TV and cozy seating. This space opens out to both a peaceful, outdoor dining courtyard on one side and a separate, private pool patio with chaise lounges on the other. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors in all rooms slide completely open allowing for a seamless outdoor/indoor living experience.

The upper level offers a laid-back lounge with both shaded seating and a sun-drenched terrace. Enjoy the warm Huatulco sunshine and your favorite drink from the private wet bar, equipped with a sink and mini fridge. • 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travel insurance.
