"Sehr liebevolle und freundliche Begrüßung mit allen. Informationen und persönlich gezeigten Angeboten wie Bar und Pool mit Wasserfall . Ganzer Aufenthalt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden nach unserem Wünschen gefragt, ob alles zur Verfügung steht und Zufrieden ohne Wünsche sind. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr persönlich mit Personal und Chef mit sehr sehr gutem und lecker exklusiven Essen Fleisch vom Grill zu wirklich Preislich Günstig gegenüber anderen Restaurant . Wir wollen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Lage und Ambiente unschlagbar und Ruhig.Entspannung von Großstadt. Einfach nur 10 sind zu wenig. 12 Punkte mit Ruhe ,Lage am Weinfeld und Erholung. The restaurant, where the food is lovingly prepared using regional and absolutely fresh ingredients, is also highly recommended and is like a gourmet restaurant."

"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt zwar an der Autobahn, aber der Verkehrslärm stört absolut nicht. Klimaanlage top, Betten top und ein sehr frühes Frühstück gibt es auch."

"Though off season (beginning of February) the grounds were well kept and the the building was traditional and elegant without being pretentious. There were period tiles and wood flooring, woodwork and doors. The views were wonderful. The sitting area was inviting and cozy. Our room was spacious and the bedding, with a choice of pillows was really comfortable. The breakfast was well presented with fresh fruits, local cheeses and cold cuts, yogurt, musli, eggs cooked to order, fresh juices and more. But what made our stay truly memorable was the warm greeting by Xabi at the reception that really made you feel welcome and a valued guest. He offered insights into the history of the hotel which were interesting. All the staff was pleasant and helpful. We also visited the Vinseum in Villafranca which is well worth a visit, but plan plenty of time because there is an abundance of information. Nice would be to spend the morning, go out for lunch and then return in the afternoon. "

"Top! Wer zu dem Preis jammert ist frech. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und das Frühstück? Die Gäste sollten nicht immer so tun als wenn es zu Hause nur Hunger und Kavier gibt. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Brötchen kennen Deutsch aus dem in Ofen, 4 Sorten Milch und aufgeschnittenes Obst! Heute Morgen sind alle im Restaurant satt geworden. "
