I made a mistake when I booked the room for the 21st instead of the 20th, Expedia got me communication with casa Yuma and they agreed to allow me to change the reservation for the 20th like I needed, so we arrived at 4:40 pm and checked in, so manager at check in told me that the payment I made through Expedia which was 262.50 was declined and I questioned that and showed him on cc account that I was charged but either way I went ahead and paid not realizing he just charged my card for 320.00 for 1 night, so we checked in room was pretty warm at that time so me and my wife decided to go to pool and eat dinner at there restaurant, 3 hours later we return to our room and it wasn’t any colder, like we were laying in the bed and sweat coming off our bodies, so they told me to wait 20 minutes so they can try 2 more rooms after 30 minutes we went and checked the other 2 rooms and they still were not comfortable enough to sleep in, and for sure not for 320 dollars, so me and my wife left at 8:30pm to try to find another hotel with cold a/c if not we would sleep in the car, worst experience ever, I would not recommend anyone to visit this place unless it’s winter and no need for a/c , they did credit me the 320 for the 20th but due to Expedia cancellation policy they said they couldn’t refund payment I had made through Expedia, when they clearly allowed to changed the date by text message that’s why arrived on that day, regardless Casa Yuma lied to me regarding payment through expedi
