Restaurant-angebot einfach. “

„Overall very good hotel in a convenient location next to Bandelier NP. Clean Room and above average breakfast.“

„This hotel has seen much better times. The bathroom was in a terrible state. “

„The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious.“

„The threat of flash floods colored our stay. Waiting for river to subside before we could get home to roads that required 4wd didnt add to the experience. The house had lots of nice points, like quiet, quaint decor, and comfortable. But it has a touch of unfinished project, the front door required kicking to open( really wet caused swelling). Water coming in bedroom causing large puddles because of door gap. The host was very helpful and happily answered our requests.“

„I booked a 5:30 p.m. spa treatment and told the staff at booking that my phone had no service anywhere on the resort property. While I was soaking, the spa called at 4:51 and 5:02 p.m. to say the therapist could not arrive on time and ask if I could move to 6:30. I saw the messages at 5:15 but still had no service to call back. When I arrived at the spa at 6:15, I was told my appointment had been canceled because I had not responded. I understand that a new time might require confirmation, but ...

„The motel had a bad smell the rooms where under construction while I was there loud noises all night and strangers came multiple times throughout the night and knocked on my door intoxicated.“
