This home includes two beautiful outdoor decks, thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertaining. Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance:
We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergencies, bad weather, snow/ice, COVID-19 bans/restrictions, etc. NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. STEPS: This home is two stories, stairs are required for all areas of the home. The main level of the home with living room, dining, kitchen, and primary bedroom is 1/2 flight of steps from the garage/parking. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are down a full flight of stairs.

PETS: While the home is pet-friendly in the upstairs living area, the downstairs carpeted section will remain closed off to pets, pet gate provided. The enclosed outdoor spaces on the property are both decks. Guests may need to walk dogs to relieve them, please pick up after pets. All pets must be leashed within the community. Max 2 dogs, 50lb limit. Sorry, no cats.
