Zusammenfassung
Das Haus ist ein traditionelles Haus im Santa Fe-Stil mit herrlichem Ausblick und drei schönen Wohnbereichen. Darüber hinaus haben wir einen schönen Innenhof, der perfekt für den Morgenkaffee ist, der den Sonnenaufgang beobachtet, und eine Terrasse, die perfekt ist, um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten.

Das Kokopelli House gehörte kürzlich einem Emmy-Preisträger. Es liegt auf 2. 3 Hektar mit Blick auf die Stadt Santa Fe. Wir sind eine Meile vom berüchtigten Santa Fe Platz entfernt. Es ist ein 5 Schlafzimmer, 4. 5 Badezimmer mit drei großen Wohnbereichen. Das neu renovierte Spielzimmer verfügt über einen 15-Fuß-Projektionsfernseher, ideal für Sportfilme und besondere Ereignisse. Wir haben einen Billardtisch, einen 12-Zoll-Shuffleboard-Tisch sowie einen digitalen Babyflügel und zwei sehr schöne akustische Gitarren und eine Cajon für Percussion

Kokopelli verfügt über eine verbesserte Stereoanlage im Wohnzimmer, Alex in der Küche und ein formelles Wohnzimmer. Es verfügt über eine brandneue zentrale Heizung / Klimaanlage im gesamten Gebäude. Es gibt drei Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien, eine große Küche und viel Platz für eine Familie oder eine Gruppe.

Would highly recommend this property

I will begin by saying after this trip with our friends, my wife and I are considering a trip for our family to Santa Fe and if Kokopelli is available, we will book it for our trip. We had some issues due to very unusual weather for Santa Fe (1.43 inches of rain in a 24 hour period of heavy rains and thunderstorms when May normally gets less than 1" of rain the entire month) but the owners and their property manager stepped up and took care of things in a timely manner and even offered alternate properties if the power did not come back on. However, the house was great for our group, so we were willing to wait out the power outage. There are multiple large living areas so plenty of space, large enough dining areas for our group both inside and outside, and the game room is outstanding, particularly with the approx 18' wide screen. Big Jim's Deck was perfect for our group of 9 to gather by the gas fire pit for morning coffee and chatting. The location is great for getting to the Plaza area downtown, to hiking trailheads on Bishop Lodge Road and the Dale Ball Sierra del Norte Trailhead on Artist/Hyde Park Road. Getting to US 84 North for trips to Taos and Bandelier/Los Alamos was also very easy. We used one of the available guitars in the house to do a sing along by the fire the night when the power was out, adding to the charm of Kokopelli and good memories of the trip.

Amazing views and great gathering places

We recently spent 5 days with a group of 4 couples in this fantastic property. The views are unparalleled and home is fantastic. There are 4 great indoor gathering places and 3 outdoor areas. There is a fun gameroom with a movie theater size screen that we could watch the nba playoffs and movies. Each bedroom was comfortable and well sized and there are 4 full baths to complement the bedroom count and even a half bath. The kitchen is fantastic and spacious with enough room for us to cook together. We had a terrific time - Thank you!!!

Incredible property for relaxing stay

Wonderful - pictures don’t do it justice! A kitchen that had everything you needed (even had all drawers and shelves labeled!), beautiful main living room with incredible picture window overlooking gorgeous mountain vista, and a huge game room with huge “theater style” big screen TV, plus game table, pool/ping pong table. Bedrooms and bathrooms all very comfortable (2 en suite and 2 easy to share full bathrooms, and one 1/2 bath). Great leather sofas and chairs in all the living spaces, with cozy throw blankets on every furniture piece. The hosts, Camilla and Jim, were very responsive to any communications we sent. Just a wonderful place I’d definitely visit again!

Fantastic property great for multi generational families and a large group.

We were very pleased with the condition and amenities at this property. It was exactly as described, plus plus. We enjoyed our five day stay. It was very private very quiet. We did make one phone call to the local property manager for a quick question and he was immediately available. Fabulous stay in Santa Fe

One of our grown sons works in hospitality in Santa Fe and couldn’t get home for Thanksgiving, so we all flew out to Santa Fe so we could be together. The house was spectacular. It was so well appointed and had everything we could have possibly needed or wanted. The icing on the cake was the terrific game room with the large projection tv and comfy couches where we were all able to hang out, watch the football games and enjoy each others company. I can’t recommend this property and the management highly enough!

Fantastic home

This place more than surpassed our greatest expectations. We are nine girlfriends from high school celebrating more than 50 years of friendship. This place was a magical place to do just that. The location was phenomenal, but more than that the house had a very warm and special feeling. Lots of places to hang out and just enjoy the beautiful views. The sunsets were amazing. The hosts were always available as needed. Kitchen was well stocked and it was very organized and clean. It was such a lovely place to just be together.

Santa Fe Girls Trip

The house was fabulous. Especially enjoyed the game room and outdoor living room. Everything was comfortable and clean. We thought we would be able to walk to town as it's only about a mile away but the street was like a highway and we didnt feel safe to walk along so we Ubered everywhere.We had a minor issue and both the property manager and owner showed up at the house within 10 minutes to resolve.

Fantastic House and Visit

The house was excellent, just as beautiful as the pictures. We enjoyed all the lovely outdoor spaces, that amazing view from the picture window and loads of fun in the game room. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. The location is excellent, we enjoyed downtown Santa Fe, the nearby Dale Ball trails and many drives north to explore Jemez range, Ghost Ranch, Taos and other destinations. New Mexico is amazing.

Great for our family

We celebrated my mother-in-laws birthday at Kokopelli and she loved it. It's a beautiful property with lots of wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out, visit, eat, etc. There was lots of sleeping space for family, but keep in mind that the Kiva bedroom is a pass through room to the game room, so that might be a consideration for who sleeps there. The huge game room with attached patio was a great place for meals, games and watching the game on the huge screen. The location was ideal for us as it's close to town, but also very private with beautiful views.

The Best Rental for all times

This property is beautiful and maintained perfectly. It is the cleanest property I have ever stayed at inside and out. We really enjoyed the comfortable beds, the living spaces and the outdoor areas. One side is perfect for sunset viewing with outdoor gas fire pit and the other for eating and relaxing. If you play a musical instrument, you’ll particularly enjoy the piano, guitars, and box drum. We had a two year-old with us and we watch him carefully anyway, there are some hard steps inside the house that you wouldn’t want a toddler to fall on. The outdoor porch in the back is a recent addition and game room is a teenager dream come true which includes a giant screen projection TV, ping-pong table, pool table, darts, and indoor shuffleboard. It has full wall windows with sliding glass doors complete with screens and a fully stock kitchen. I can’t say enough that is positive about this rental, so if you can afford this go for it. It was a pleasure to come home from the city after the heat, pollen and congestion to this close oasis.

The house was just perfect for our family reunion. Lots of room inside, with many options for large and small groups. The kitchen had everything we needed. The setting can't be beat. The house is on a large property, with gorgeous views of Santa Fe and beyond, yet it's just minutes away from the Plaza. Highly recommended.

Perfect Family Getaway - Amazing Game Room

What a wonderful stay at Kokopelli! My husband and I met up with our son, daughter and grand babies. ❤️ The house was absolutely wonderful from the extra large screen tv, ping pong, outside gas fire seating areas, piano and guitars for the musicians in your family to a wide assortment of any and all condiments necessary to make your stay comfortable. Excellent home for family gathering with senior adults

We needed a 5 bedroom home with multiple large areas for dining and conversation. This home fit the bill. It also had gorgeous sunset views. The kitchen was well equipped. The indoor and outdoor seating was attractive and comfortable on couches. The beds in the bedroom wing were too soft for several of our guests. Otherwise, the home was perfect for our family reunion. Beautiful home and property. Expansive layout makes it very comfortable for hosting 7 adults (the size of our party). A house so nice that the desire to leave the property and see Santa Fe was fairly low. Loved all of the outdoor spaces. Close to great hiking. Also, the kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I've stayed in. We like to cook and the kitchen was great for that. All in all, a fabulous house.

Peaceful, perfect retreat

Kokopelli house is wonderful - we enjoyed using the guitar and piano, and the house is large and comfortable for many guests. It is ideally located with respect to the Santa Fe Opera (less than 10 minutes drive, and avoiding the freeway) and also convenient to downtown & biking in the hills. We hope to return someday!

Sante Fe family trip

Our family of 8 had a great stay here. Huge house with plenty of room inside and out. We loved eating meals outside on the huge back patio. Great game room. Nice office area for those who needed to work. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Quiet area about a mile from downtown SF. Perfect for a family gathering or several couples. Perfect Santa Fe location, ideal for family gathering

This house comfortably accommodates up to 8 people for sleeping, but the extensive indoor and outdoor seating and recreational areas make it an ideal spot to share meals and games with many more. I had rented three large homes to accommodate my family, but only five of us stayed at kokapelli; having said that, this was the house served best as a gathering spot for our group, which included children, gen-exers and Seniors . Great location, comfortable seating, thoughtfully selected games, music and Média options .
