Casas de Guadalupe ist eine kleine Enklave liebevoll historischen casitas Adobe restauriert. 12 Casitas sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Platzes - wir haben ein Schlafzimmer und zwei Ferienhäuser, jedes mit einem einzigartigen Grundriss.

Diese 730 Quadratmeter große Ferienwohnung ist eine unserer begehrtesten Casitas. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern Er macht ein Familienurlaub wahr! Der Wohnbereich ist von der Küche durch eine Zählung oberen Leiste, ideal für Versammlungen getrennt. Es verfügt über alle authentischen Stil - eine Kiva Kamin, Saltillo Fliesen und Holzböden. Aber es hat auch gekonnt aktualisiert, um Sie mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten wie Kabel-TV, Wäscherei, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Klimaanlage und kostenlosem Highspeed-Internetzugang zur Verfügung. Diese Casita verfügt über einen großen geschlossenen Innenhof, der ideal für einen Abend im Freien an einem lauen Sommerabend ist. Wir haben kostenlose Parkplätze, so dass Sie nur Ihr Auto parken und zu Fuß zum Plaza in wenigen Minuten! Zwischen der Plaza und dem brandneuen Railyard, haben Sie viel zu tun!

Can’t beat the location

I wish I could go 5 stars for this place. The location is on a quiet street but still perfect for walking to the plaza, etc. and the property manager was very responsive. Kitchen was well-equipped and the water pressure is better than I’ve seen at many rentals east of the Mississippi. But the place needs a bit of love, looking pretty shabby. The mattresses are very soft and the second shower is very tight.

Santa Fe Get Away

This property was perfect for a visit to Santa Fe. The casita is adorable, well maintained and within walking distance to the old town area. The host, Mary Ann Kaye, was incredible. She went out of her way to address a problem I was having with the T.V. (due to my inexperience), as well as returning an item that was left there at checkout. Will definitely want to rent this casita when I return. By the way, the parking was great!!! Very grateful to Mary Ann Kaye for all of her efforts!

Lovely!

The house is adorable and comfortable. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go as the house is close to many attractions. The beds were comfortable; the house was clean and neat. Mary Ann gave us excellent directions to navigate to and enter the property. She was friendly and quite easy to reach. Will definitely stay there again, if I ever get to go back to Santa Fe.

Perfect Place for Santa Fe

Cute little place with loads of Santa Fe feel, from the adobe walls to the front fence. Quiet location in historic neighborhood with a quick walk to the plaza. Easy drive to the opera. Comfortable beds and good showers. We will stay again.

Friends Getaway Spot

This little casita is perfectly located and just the right size for our two person getaway among dear friends. We each had our own room and bath, and the living room was comfortable for our long chats in the evening. We didn't cook, but it did seem that all the kitchen stuff was available had we needed it. The location was about a ten minute walk to San Francisco Street and the Plaza where we most often found ourselves. It was cold in the evenings, but watch out for the heat in the bedrooms - it gets very warm in those rooms. We set it at 68, and it felt like 90. Opening a window was easy! Host Mary Ann was very helpful and responsive leading up to our stay, and the instructions were clear as to how to get in. Closing the key back into the box was not easy, however. We almost had to call her. Overall, nice place for the two of us. Thank you Mary Ann.

Wonderful Casita, Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casita D. The neighborhood was quiet & the casita was excellent...comfortable, cheerful & airy and the kitchen was well stocked. We usually have opted for a hotel room in the past, but from now on, The Casas de Guadalupe will be our choice!!!

Excellent Service

Mary Ann was a great communicator. Info was timely, helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. Helpful suggestions for area activities and restaurants were provided. As a host, Mary Ann rates an A+. The casita (Casita D) was very clean with plenty of essentials (bathroom and kitchen supplies). The location couldn’t have been better for walking to the Plaza, shops and restaurants. The location also provided quick and easy access to the highways to the Opera house and the airport. Four of six rooms (living, kitchen, master bed, master bath) were well- appointed for a comfortable stay. The second bedroom and bathroom could use some de-cluttering and TLC to repair broken furniture, to refresh plaster and grout showing their age, and to provide some space for one’s personal belongings. The only small disappointment was the inability to use the outdoor space and enjoy the fresh air. The condition of the fence around the small patio and the patio’s location (street-facing and adjacent to parking) made it difficult to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning with any privacy. That said, the price was right and the casita had historical charm. Overall, Mary Ann’s hospitality made for a very enjoyable stay in Santa Fe.
