„We stayed here mainly to visit Mayan temples in the region. There are 2 super markets in a 2 min walking distance and because we had a rental car we did not mind not being closer to downtown San Ignacio. It is not that far, but for walking it is. The house had all needed facilities and functioning appliances, but don’t expect modern state of the art US style appliances. Overall good value for money.“

„Everything was state of the art. We travel to Belize all the time and the amenities here were above and beyond what we are used to. The sunrise view is amazing. There is a Chinese market around the corner where we were able to purchase everything we wanted for breakfast and plenty of restaurants nearby. The ATM cave is about 45 minutes away, 10 minutes from Guanacaste, and not too far from cave’s branch. I definitely recommend Ansen’s Place when staying in Belmopan.“

The three bedroom setup worked well for our group, and each room had its own AC unit which was wonderful after a day out in the heat. You definitely will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to access it (especially in the rainy season). „This property is extremely clean and pleasant. I felt it was an excellent choice for the price. The above ground pool off a nice deck is clean and refreshing. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and comfortable with comfortable mattresses. The rest of the house is not air conditioned but has numerous fans. We did not have a car and walked into town but the walk back is uphill and we often got a cab or scheduled a ride back especially in the dark. “

„We really enjoyed our stay at the Pine Tree Villa. The space was clean, comfortable and convenient. The home is a 30 minute walk from central San Ignacio, so the neighborhood is quiet but it's still easy to stop by town.“
