The title of the listing said "San Pedro, La Laguna." After we were already in Guatemala, and were trying to figure out where we were headed next, we noticed that the address said Santa Cruz. However, after some trouble, we realized that the house was in Tzunana. Right off the bat, this felt mis-leading.
The owner said that the description said Tzunana, but not knowing the area, we relied heavily on the title of the property that very specifically stated it was in San Pedro! The ...

„Will definitely stay here during my next visit to Guatemala. The hand off was very efficient and smooth. The owner Felix and Lucas the porter communicated very well! The house was central to a lot of places. Very easy to walk to catch a lancha or for food. Would advise everyone to book this house for their stay!“

„The property is excellent. The host Laura and the manager Levin went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate their flexibility and help in our late arrival and check out as well. The only thing I would say is that the hike up to the house from the church is a challenge. They have clearly stated that but what I was not ready for was the unclean and unhygienic conditions of the path to the house - there is sewage and trash everywhere - if you can ignore that it was all great.“
