Tastefully decorated, this lovely 100m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, and supermarkets. There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

This house is a true refuge for those looking to be in the middle of nature in comfort. The house is attached to the main house where the owner lives, but it is completely independent and privacy is guaranteed. The outdoor areas and outdoor furniture are for the exclusive use of our guests.

The wide and bright living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows and a tabletop. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight, brightening the space and making it even more inviting. It has access to the garden, where you will find a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a BBQ area, and outdoor furniture.

A swing on the hill with direct access is available, where you can enjoy the mountain view or take in the starry sky.

This space also has a kitchenette with essential cookware and cutlery to make a delicious meal. It includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

There are two pleasant bedrooms with a double bed and hangers. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Gaula is a charming civil parish in the municipality of Santa Cruz, Madeira, Portugal. Located on the island's south coast, Gaula offers a peaceful, idyllic setting surrounded by nature. The area is known for its verdant landscapes, rolling hills and breathtaking ocean views.

If you love nature, you'll find several trails to explore here, such as Levada dos Tornos and Levada do Caniço. It's a place where residents and visitors alike can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while being close to the amenities of the coast. Gaula is also famous for its traditional Madeiran architecture, with houses adorned with tiles and colourful flowers.

The neighbourhood offers a range of outdoor activities, such as hiking, exploring picturesque trails and picnicking in the countryside. What's more, Gaula is ideally located near Madeira's international airport, making it easily accessible to travellers.

The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi.

The Madeira Airport is just a 15-minute drive.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
