Cozy Santa Cruz is an apartment for two on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift, a 5-minute walk from the centre of Santa Cruz, with a balcony and a shared parking area — just a few steps from restaurants and Santa Cruz beach and only 2.5 km from the airport.

The apartment is 70 m² and comprises a bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a living room with a dining table, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony.

It is equipped with a refrigerator, a washing machine, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, a TV with international channels, ceiling fans and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The apartment is in a residential area 500 m from the centre of Santa Cruz and 2.5 km from the airport terminal.

Within about a 5 to 7-minute walk, there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés.

For golf enthusiasts, the Santo da Serra Golf Club is 8 km away and Palheiro Golf is 17 km away.

As far as public transport is concerned, there is a bus stop 400 m away, which ensures easy and economical access to Funchal, Machico and other destinations if you don't have a car.

For those with a car, the building's parking area offers easy access to the main roads to travel anywhere on the island.

Free parking on the property is subject to availability. If, on occasion, no space is available on the property, it is possible to park on nearby streets.

Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.

The accommodation does not have air conditioning, but is equipped with ceiling fans.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.
