We present Oceanea Apartment by Homie, a welcoming space located on the ground floor of a private residence in Santa Cruz, designed for those seeking comfort and a privileged location to discover Madeira.



With spacious areas, this accommodation has been carefully prepared to provide a practical and relaxing stay. It features a master bedroom with a double bed and a second interior bedroom, ideal for accommodating two more people, making it an excellent option for couples, families or small groups of friends.



The social area stands out for its spacious and welcoming environment. The living room and dining room are in open space, creating a harmonious space perfect for socialising, relaxing or sharing meals after a day exploring the island.



The kitchen, spacious and fully equipped, offers everything you need to prepare your meals with complete comfort. Integrated in this space is also a small laundry room equipped with essentials, providing greater comfort, especially during longer stays.



The accommodation has a full bathroom with shower and a guest bathroom, ensuring greater practicality and comfort throughout your stay.



On the exterior, you will be able to enjoy a pleasant private area equipped with garden furniture, perfect for having breakfast outdoors, relaxing at the end of the day or simply enjoying the mild climate that characterises this area of the island.
