„What a gem! The location and the staff and the service were wonderful. Our room was breathtaking and comfortable. The food was good, especially the meat at the restaurant below. And the easy access to the lake and boat rides to local towns was super convenient. Everyone treated us like we were special guests, in a comfortable and good way. We’ll be back someday for sure!“

„Todo ok“

„Better have good legs to go up to restaurant and in general depending what room you get. Food was great. The View was amazing with excellent staff. Also if you are getting away from the noise. This is the place“

„Me encantó la vista y el servicio“

„Hotel/family house located in a safe area, however it was very difficult to find at the very beginning. The house is in an inner space, where guests have to walk through a narrow hall between two other houses. The is a sign on the light pole in the main street, however hard to be seen Juana was courteous and very friendly, same as other staff in the hotel. Room was clean, well organized and the distribution of bedroom, living room/office space and bathroom was good.“

„It's a beautiful place in a beautiful village. Walking distance from the lake and local marketplace. Great fresh local food everywhere and ferrys or private boat rides to other villages. Inside parking and terrace is a plus.“

„Makellos sauber und top gepflegt“

„This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. The property is located about a 10-15 minute walk along a busy main street from the lake. At night the narrow or non-existent sidewalk caused one to be in close contact with the busy traffic when walking h“

„Ordentliche und sehr saubere Unterkunft in Guatemala. Etwas versteckt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße, aber dennoch top Lage in Panajachel. Sehr kleine Zimmer, insbesondere das Bad definitiv unpraktisch mit der Größe. Nachts auf dem Flur sehr laut bzw. wenig Rücksicht auf die umliegenden Zimmer.“

„Affordable rooms if you are passing through. Easy to walk to the lake and vendors, nice view to the volcanos. Breakfast is so delicious! 😋 The staff were so kind and they let me ckeck in earlier then expected after a long trip. I think they can improve the amenities. There should be a couch in the room instead of chairs and some extra blankets for cold weathers.“

„Beautiful view, clean and cozy cabin. The host is very nice and responsive.“

„View from room was disappointing: You see only small part of the lake-no volcanos- room is nice but noz worth to climb up 175 steps. From restaurant you see one volcano, restaurant is nice and good.“

„Marcela fue muy amable. Gracias“

„Que la toallas no esten perjudicas. Lo sugeri en recepción. Todo lo demás.muy bien“

„Personal bei Fragen ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. “
