The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV, reading nook, and ensuite bathroom with shower. A half bathroom is available on the main level. The third-floor main living area features an open floor plan with a living room, dining table seating for six, and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space. A washer and dryer are located in a closet off the kitchen. Entertainment includes flat screen TVs, DVD player, and WiFi throughout. The living room centers around a fireplace, and the fourth-floor rooftop terrace offers the home's standout feature: sweeping sunset views, an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, and multiple seating areas for alfresco dining and lounging. Ground-floor entry includes a 1-car garage through a gated entrance. Dogs are welcome with advance notice.

The home is located a short bike ride from East Beach and West Beach, both popular for swimming, volleyball, and paddleboarding. Stearns Wharf is about a 10-minute drive, offering waterfront dining and ocean views. State Street, Santa Barbara's main downtown corridor, is minutes away with shops, restaurants, and the historic Santa Barbara County Courthouse. The Santa Barbara Zoo and Butterfly Beach are within a 10-minute drive. For wine lovers, the Santa Barbara Urban Wine Trail tasting rooms are easily accessible downtown.



Getting Around:

Santa Barbara is located along Highway 101. The home is approximately 10 minutes from downtown State Street and the waterfront. Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) is about a 15-minute drive. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is roughly 90 miles south, about a 90-minute to 2-hour drive depending on traffic. Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner stops at the Santa Barbara station, connecting to Los Angeles and San Diego.
