The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cookware and dishware. A round dining table seats 4. Washer and dryer are in-unit. The outdoor space includes lounge chairs, an umbrella, a shared gas BBQ, beach chairs, and lawn games. Dedicated parking for one vehicle. WiFi throughout. The cottage sits tucked away at the back of the property with a separate entrance for complete privacy. French doors in the bedroom open to let in ocean breezes and natural light. Guest Access:

Self check-in with lockbox. One dedicated outdoor parking space. The cottage has a private entrance accessed via a walkway at the back of the property. Beach access is via a shared sidewalk from the property. Please note the property is near Highway 101 and the Pacific Surfliner rail route, so occasional train and traffic sounds may be heard.



The Neighborhood:

🌿 Miramar Beach is directly accessible from the property via a short walkway. Butterfly Beach is a 5-minute drive, and Hammond's Beach and Loon Point Beach are both within 10 minutes. Golf enthusiasts can reach Santa Barbara Golf Club, Montecito Golf Club, and Birnam Wood Golf Club all within 5 to 10 minutes. Stearns Wharf is a 10-minute drive. Downtown Santa Barbara is 11 minutes away and offers restaurants, shops, and year-round activities. La Cumbre Plaza shopping center is 8 minutes from the cottage.



Getting Around:

The property is located just off Highway 101 in Santa Barbara. Downtown Santa Barbara is an 11-minute drive north. Santa Barbara Airport is approximately 15 minutes away. Los Angeles is about 90 minutes south via Highway 101. The Pacific Surfliner train station is nearby for guests arriving by rail.
