„We experienced freezing night without heat the management's explanation was rude and combative. It was not fun!!!“

„It is a bit far from Florence's main sights (20-30min walk) if you plan to explore the city on foot, and the first 10 minutes of the walk are not particularly picturesque.

„The room was perfect. We had a beautiful courtyard to sit in. It was easy to find. The keyless remote entry was easy to use and accessible to each of us. Everything was within walking distance. The bus stops were nearby and easy to use to get to places if in a hurry and not wanting to do all the walking. Neighborhood was nice and safe.“

„I thought the text messages were confusing. It was very stressful to check-in online and even more stressful to actually enter the building and the apartment. “
