Das Hotel liegt ideal in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs Napoli Centrale, perfekt für Ausflüge und den Flughafen-Transfer, aber trotzdem ruhig genug zum Entspannen. Das Zimmer war modern, super sauber und sehr komfortabel, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – vom Check-in bis zum Check-out war jeder stets aufmerksam und professionell. Das ganze Hotel wirkt frisch, gut organisiert und liebevoll gepflegt. Preis-Leistung ist top und wir hätten uns nichts Besseres wünschen können. "Hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal in allen Servicebereichen. Sauberes Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück.Hervorragend angebunden an Flughafenbus und ÖPNV. Das Bahnhofsviertel zeigt teilweise starke soziale Gegensätze. Es gab allerdings nie ein Gefühl von Unsicherheit. "

"Es ist wirklich ein sehr gutes Hotel. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der Anlage ist hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist für Italien sehr umfangreich. Das Personal kümmert sich um alles. Klasse ist auch der Shuttle Dienst des Hotels. Die Ausflüge nach Neapel, an die Amalfi-Küste, zum Vesuv und nach Pompeji waren alle gut und schnell mit dem Mietwagen erreichbar. Lediglich die höheren Getränkepreise sollten überdacht werden. Da nutzt man lieber den Hotelkühlschrank. Super war auch der Hotel Pool und das nahe Meer, verbunden mit dem herrlichen Meerblick. "
