Bini Sole is a modern single story villa located a 10 minute walk from Binibeca beach.

It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, offering a comfortable and pleasant space to enjoy a vacation in Menorca.

Outside, it has a covered terrace, lawned garden, private pool, and barbecue.

With sea views and located on the south coast of the island, it is the perfect place to relax and experience the Mediterranean lifestyle.





The villa has Wi Fi, bed linen, and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided. The pool and barbecue are for private use and are located in the garden. The pool is maintained twice a week and the garden is tended to once a week. All visits are always announced in advance to ensure guests' comfort. Inside, there is air conditioning in the common areas and all bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The house also has a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. A crib and high chair are available upon request; it is recommended to request them in advance to ensure availability. The house is rented for exclusive use, so guests can enjoy all indoor and outdoor areas with complete privacy.

In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since December 2, 2024, it is mandatory to register all guests online and pay the tourist tax before arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodations in Menorca. The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. It will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest. Although there is no private parking, it is easy to park for free in the streets near the villa.

Bini Sole is located in one of the most pleasant areas of Menorca's south coast, very close to the famous Camí de Cavalls. This historic trail encircles the entire island, offering the chance to discover beaches, rocky coves, pine forests, and small natural viewpoints. It's a recommended route for both hiking enthusiasts and those who prefer leisurely strolls without too much physical exertion. Just a few minutes from the villa, you'll find supermarkets, small shops, and several local beaches. You can also walk to the emblematic Binibèquer Vell, a small fishing village that has become one of the island's most picturesque spots. Its whitewashed houses and narrow streets create a unique and charming atmosphere, perfect for a leisurely stroll. About a 10 minute walk away is Binibeca Beach, known for its white sand and turquoise waters. In the other direction, just a 5 minute drive away, is Ses Olles, an area of rocky platforms with crystal clear waters, ideal for snorkeling and observing marine life. The nearest town is Sant Lluís, a 10 minute drive away, with supermarkets and a good selection of local shops. Mahón, with its natural harbor, is about 20 minutes away, perfect for an evening stroll and enjoying its culinary offerings.

To get to Bini Sole and travel around the island's various coves and points of interest, you will need transportation. The best option for getting around Menorca is to have your own vehicle, whether a car or motorcycle, as this offers greater comfort and flexibility, as well as access to beaches and more remote spots that cannot be reached by public transportation. However, there are two bus lines that connect Mahón and Sant Lluís with the Binibéquer area, where Bini Sole is located, although they only operate during the summer months. The villa, laid out on a single floor, offers spacious and bright rooms for a comfortable and cozy stay. The main entrance is at the rear of the property. Upon entering, you will find the living room directly in front of you and, to your right, the kitchen dining room, separated by an open partition wall. Both spaces have views of the garden and pool, and the living room opens directly onto the outside via a sliding door. The living room is spacious and bright, with sofas, armchairs, a side table, and a television. The kitchen dining room is modern and equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It also has a table with chairs and sea views. From the living room, you reach the first sleeping area, where three of the bedrooms are located. The master bedroom has a double bed, direct access to the garden through a sliding door, and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi and bidet. In this same area, there are two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds, which share a full bathroom with a shower located in the hallway. Returning to the entrance, a door on the right leads to a second hallway. In this area there is another bedroom with a double bed and a sliding door leading to the terrace, garden, and pool. Next to this bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower that serves this part of the house. There is also a laundry room here, equipped with a washing machine and dryer and accessible from both inside and outside. The villa has two air conditioning units in the common areas and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, allowing you to maintain a comfortable temperature during the warmer months. Outside, the house has a covered terrace with a table, chairs, and outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals or relaxing in the armchairs with sea views. The lawned garden surrounds the private pool, which has sun loungers for sunbathing. In this same area, there is a barbecue, perfect for organizing dinners during the summer. From the rooftop, accessible by an external staircase, you can enjoy sea views and the tranquility of the surroundings.

Check in is from 4:00 p.m. and check out is until 10:00 a.m. Check in is self service, ensuring convenience and flexibility upon arrival. Before arrival and once registration and payment of the fee have been completed, we will send you all the information you need to access the villa, as well as useful details for your stay. During their stay, guests enjoy complete privacy in the villa. Only our maintenance team accesses the exterior to carry out necessary tasks: the gardener comes once a week and the pool is maintained twice a week.
