The Villa “Sarg Dorat” is located on the edge of a small ravine in the residential area of Binibeca Nou, with an absolutely exceptional result. On this floor are the two bedrooms, both with double beds, and a full bathroom. On the ground floor there is a spacious and very elegant living room with double access to the garden, the beautiful open kitchen separated from the living room by a fireplace and a complete bathroom. As you can see from the photos, the entire house and the outdoor area are designed with natural materials and much taste, lots of wood, nuanced colours and spacious rooms.

Not only is it an oasis of calm and freshness, but it also gives you quick access to Cala Torret with its restaurants and bars, some of which have truly enviable views of the sea, its well-stocked supermarket, its diving school and kayak and bicycle rental. And it is near to the beautiful beach of Binibeca, both are about 600 m away. At about a kilometer and a half there is the "Fishing Village" where you will find more restaurants, bars, supermarkets and ice cream parlours.
