„We love Sanibel and this condo was perfect - everything about it (including Paul - he was totally on top of everything) was above and beyond. The view is my favorite part it’s so beautiful - huge window and sliders to take advantage of it. We found the furniture to be very comfortable love the couch and mattresses just right. The pool is great also - but the short walk to the beach with wagon supplied by the owner makes going to and from beach to pool to condo so easy. Also had nice beach chairs ...

„The house was clean and just as described. We were quite happy with the location as it was convenient to both Sanibel and Captiva. Beach access is a short walk away and beach area filled with beautiful shells. Some construction happening next door, however not bothersome. Enjoyed our stay very much. Mucky Duck in Captiva was a delight at sunset.“

Auf Nachfrage nach einem Wäscheständer hat sich Jim Heckert sofort darum gekümmert und am nächsten Tag hatten wir noch einen Wäscheständer und Waschmittel im Flur stehen! „Beautiful property especially in light of the slow recovery from Ian. Throughly enjoyed the beautiful condo, beach and pool when we could use it. We were locked out of the pool due to roofing of the adjacent building which we understood for safety reasons. But the communication about the closure was frustrating. Beachview vacations finally responded with a solution but it took a lot of effort. We still had a fantastic time and would highly recommend staying here!“

„DVR is not making refunds, despite everyone in our wedding party receiving refunds from the property. We are pursuing legal options. The DVR will not return emails or phone calls. Even after purchasing trip insurance, which they won't share the name of the insurer. I will continue to serve notice on any/all social media platforms and emails to let people know not to deal with this company.“

„We have enjoyed many rentals in SW FL, but this was our first disappointment. While the home is spacious and in a lovely neighborhood, it’s the worst house there. It shows real neglect. We had a myriad of issues to deal with: cleanliness, pests ( cockroaches, 3 scorpions - in pool area, outside, and in 2nd floor bedroom, and the perimeter of the property has 8-10 black plastic boxes that turned out to be (full) rat traps .“

„We loved our stay at Sanibel Suncastle! The house is as advertised but even better. The location is perfect. We really enjoyed the pool and the peaceful back porch. The family room was perfect for all of us to watch NCAA basketball games on the large tv. I would definitely stay at Ralph’s home again. It was a perfect long weekend getaway for our group of 3 couples.“

„I have been bringing my family and friends to Sundial every summer for the last 12 years and this is the first time I have made reservations through Vrbo, and I wish I would of done this years ago. Sundial P402 is the place to be! When walking into the condo the only word was wow! The condo is spacious, decor is spot on and the view is beautiful!! The area is quiet and the undercover parking kept my car cool. I will definitely be returning to this condo next year!!“

„These cottages are super cute, fresh, and clean. The location is great as well, about a 5-8 minute walk to beach. Sanibel is VERY bicycle friendly, I just wish they had a few more on property. The beds are insanely uncomfortable and there is exactly one pillow per person. The kitchen is missing some fundamental items I wish I knew ahead of time such as pots and oven mitts. There is zero consumables which is fine but be sure to bring your own oil, spices, etc. I would have dropped one more star ...

„We had a wonderful stay at the property at the first of April. Plenty of room for the 6 of us and lots of beach items available including a wagon, towels, bikes, beach toys, umbrella. Unit was very clean.“

„We loved our time at Island Inn on Sanibel Island. The room was clean and beautiful. During our stay in december 2023/january 2024 there wäre still construction sites all over the Island to repair what Hurricane Ian destroyed. But it was Cali and still beautiful. Our hosts were super nice and had good tipps for what to do and where to go. We got waveboards for free for bodysurfing in the waves which was super gib!“

„The address we were given, 3401, was/is incorrect. We were not given the name of the condo units, and once found, realized there was no signage. I called the property manager for info and was told they did not speak English, unfortunately we were not bi-lingual. We recognized the condo from the photo. Two other guests also had the same problem. Including written check out info at the condo would be helpful. After finally finding the condo, however, our stay was excellent. We would definitely ...
