Watch out for added fees
A minor in our party had a bed wetting accident the night before departure. Upon discovery of this, we stripped the bedding for housekeeping.. Three days after departure, an email stating that $89 would be tacked on for excess urine in guest bed and surrounding areas. Not only do they charge a linen fee and cleaning fee, they’re going to add this? I’m furious, do not recommend and will not be back.
Condo was close to the pool so very noisy later at night. Owners who are so contentious about cleanliness have a vacuum that doesn’t work taking up space in the maser closet that doesn’t work and plus throw rugs in a bathrooms and entryway. Defeats the purpose of tile floors when they place these in the places! Rolled these up and put them out of the way after the vacuum failed to pick a single grain of sand. Regularly swept floors, followed their check out instructions to the letter and actually went beyond what was asked of us.
