„Hotels.com doesn't pay to this hotel since long time ago, so they didn't let me stay. Moreover, the location hotels.com was giving me continuously was wrong. I spent like 4h talking with hotels.com agents and finally they didn't relocate me. And as the agents took me 4h asking the same question, when they told me I wasn't going to be relocated, it was too late to find another hotel on my own. So I had to sleep on the street. I talked with 5-6 agents and nobody cared about that and my safety. The ...

„Das Personal war super freundlich, auch der Pool ist toll. Die Zimmer sind leider sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, kaum Platz zur Ablage oder für Koffer. Das Essen war gut, aber die Räumlichkeiten primitiv. Der Müll wurde in den Bach neben dem Pool „entsorgt“.“

„Decent place to stay, bed is comfortable and the rooms are small. Hot shower and western toilet in the room. The price includes breakfast which was very simple but good. It’s about 10 minutes drive from central Sembalun so keep that in mind as there are not many places to eat nearby. Overall if you’re looking for a place to stay and rest up for a cheap price I could recommend.“

„Hébergement bon marché, géré par du personnel très jeune, le ménage est "survolé". On vous conseille vivement les chambres du 1er étage. Équipements sommaires (douches équipées que d'un phare de douche par exemple) . Les chambres dites "standard" sont à éviter, elles sentent le renfermé car pas de circulation d'air. On pourrais comparer ces chambres à des pseudos caves. La piscine est correct mais petite. 4 transats de dispo. Ce n'est clairement pas l'endroit pour passer une après midi relax à ...

„The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof. ...

„Just went one day before hiking Rinjani & the road infront was pretty noisy to try and get a nap - but overall the food at the hotel restaurant was great and a nice little place!“

„Wir haben uns direkt wohl und heimisch gefühlt. Sehr nettes Personal, zuvorkommend und angenehm unaufdringlich. Dazu ist ein Highlight die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Reisfelder und den Rinjani. Zimmer (Deluxe Room Garden View) war sehr geräumig, sauber und bot genügend Platz sich wohl zu fühlen. Herzlichen Dank, wir werden Euch von Herzen weiterempfehlen!“
