"Reservamos um quarto para quatro pessoas com duas king size beds, e apenas tinha uma king size, a outra era apenas de uma pessoa. Quando reportamos o sucedido na receção disseram-nos que estava tudo bem, e não mudaram nada. Também não tínhamos toalhas e almofadas para 4 pessoas. Além disso, o papel ..."

"Il aura fallu que j'attendes mes 40 ans et des centaines d'hôtels dans ma vie pour voir ça. Mesdames et messieurs, voici la seul hitel au monde , batie en tour de 30 etages qui vous offre ..... une chambre sans fenêtre ni aeration.
