Occupants of other part of house (wasn’t clear there would be through-the-wall neighbors) put out bowls/plates of food each night that brought the above-mentioned critters to the house. Water in sinks and showers took longer than expected to get hot.“

Everything was great, just a couple suggestions: - The shower was barely warm enough to shower in, which is odd because the water out of the kitchen and bathroom faucets got super hot. I suspect there's a regulator on the shower and it needs to be turned higher. - Some kind of hotplate or cooking surface would be nice, but I understand if there are restrictions against having one.
