„We selected this property to stay directly on the lake. Did not disappoint with setting. We spent a nice time on the screened in porch taking in the beauty of the lake and all the wildlife. The cabin was perfect for our family of 4. The kids took the loft. We didn’t spend too much time in the cabin. I love that the cottage came with a grill and everything we needed to bbq. The location of the cabin was close to town with close groceries.“

„Upon arrival Marie greeted us at the door and was very welcoming to her home. It is a split level apartment above Marie’s half of the home but there are several notes telling you not to worry about noise which was very nice and put us at ease (not that we were planning to get rowdy but we didn’t want to disturb Marie). Such a beautiful home overall and everything was well tended to and felt like home away from home. Highly recommend!!“

„We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary at this property. It was ideal for a large group. Plenty of room for multiple families to have privacy and extra room for the teens to hang out! Picturesque location. It’s close to town but you feel like you are in the country. We didn’t leave the property. Between the waterfront, ATV, fire pit, covered porch, lush green yard and game room, everyone found something they enjoyed! We can’t wait to book again.“

„Charming ski house ideal for a large family in the beautiful Ridgely Lake area. Enjoy summer swims in the nearby lake. The house is well-equipped, making for an easy, comfortable stay.“

„I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the cabin was! I read the positive reviews and felt comfortable staying there but didn’t realize how spacious and homey the cabin would feel! The beds were super comfortable, having a washer and dryer in the cabin was a pleasant surprise, and the quietness of the entire resort area was fantastic. Super spread out. Renting canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards was really easy. The cabin got a little warm during the day but the three box fans were a big help.“

Hosts are extremely kind and responsive, and their little touches with check-in are well thought out and generous. Wildlife, hiking, adventure, and discovery abound. Our family had a wonderful time and very much look forward to rebooking here in the future. “

„Everything was as expected. The only negative to mention is that the shower didn't look like it had been cleaned after the previous guests departure. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay! We would definitely book again! “

„Our stay at Sunset Cabin was an escape to paradise! The cabin provided everything we needed for our stay. The cabin was very clean and perfect for a romantic getaway. From the gorgeous views of the lake, night time fire pits, and many things to do in Rangeley we did not want to leave! Would definitely recommend and stay again.“

„We went to spend time with our grandson and to get some fishing in. The cabin was clean, the view awesome and we wound up renting a boat which we loved, to explore the beautiful lake. Paul our host was so helpful answering our questions from the time we booked to when we left. He could not have been more accommodating. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway in a cute cabin this is for you. We’ll definitely be back, our time was worth the trip.“
