„I ordered a birthday package to be delivered to room upon arrival and it was there with decorated balloons. Reservation was made by the staff at El Dorado and they also decorated the eating area, gave a lovely treat of singing happy birthday with a sparkly candle😀. All requests and needs were met, the room was done nicely to accompany 3 adults. Loved the entertainment which I was able to participate in.The overall hotel staff were wonderful, food as we say it, “ chef kiss”. Thanks Grand ...

„This was a great base to visit Negril & other attractions. We were very well taken care of the staff or outstanding“

„Noisy and dirty place, strange staff at reception. TV & air condition in room not working“

„The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The entertainment was amazing. The food was great. Beautiful property and every family member is catered to.“
