Having a dock right outside your door was fantastic and made it easy to get out on the water each morning and closing the boat up for the night (while drinking a cheeky beer) just as easy.The boat launch on site that is shared with the houses on Interlaken as well the surrounding Smith Point neighbors was a little tricky. „Loved everything about this house. Private, clean, and modern. Had all the furnishings we needed for 4 night's. We will be back. Only negative thing which was not due to host, was Conway fire ban so we were unable to have a fire outside. Also they had a dog bed and my dog was thrilled.“
