Sie werden eine Immobilie wie diese nirgendwo in Sandusky oder in der Umgebung finden! Dieses kürzlich renovierte 9.000 m² große Gebäude wurde in ein Einfamilienhaus mit 14 Schlafzimmern, 5 Bädern, einem Theaterraum mit 16 individuellen Ledersesseln, einem Spielzimmer (Billardtisch, Flipper, Tischtennisplatten und einem voll ausgestatteten Spielschrank) umgewandelt. Der Esstisch ist für einen König geeignet und bietet Platz für 30 Personen! Jeder kann am gleichen Tisch sitzen, um Ihre Zusammenkünfte, Hochzeiten, Junggesellenabschiede, Team-Events oder einfach nur Familienausflüge zu genießen. All dies erwartet Sie im Herzen der Innenstadt mit Restaurants und Bars, die nur zwei Blocks vom Wasser entfernt liegen. Hier können Sie den Sonnenuntergang beobachten oder die Skyline von Cedar Point genießen.

Main Floor: Fünf Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss (3 Kings, 2 Queens) für diejenigen, die sich nicht mit vielen Treppen beschäftigen möchten. 2 Vollbäder und 1 Halbbad.

(Es gibt keinen Aufzug).

Zweiter Stock: 9 Schlafzimmer (4 Kings, 3 Queens und 2 Etagenbetten).

Die Küche verfügt über Granit-Arbeitsplatten und einen gewerblichen Herd mit 6 Brennern und eine Grillplatte. Es gibt auch einen kommerziellen Doppelofen für alle Backbedürfnisse und einen extra großen Kühlschrank / Gefrierfach. Genießen Sie Ihr Kochen, während Ihre Familie und Freunde auf der extra langen Insel sitzen. Das Sahnehäubchen ist, dass es nicht einen gibt, sondern zwei Geschirrspülmaschinen, die beim Aufräumen helfen und Sie wieder entspannen und Spaß haben.

Blown away from the moment we walked in the door. From the floors, chandeliers, lighting and finishes, to the luxurious towels, rugs, bed linens and pillows. Not to mention the solar powered black out curtains in every room! If you like a firm bed this is the place for you. Pure heaven. The kitchen and pantry are stocked to the hilt. The game room and stocked candy bar did not disappoint and the theaters’ sound system was banging. I’m sure our late night karaoke sesh was heard by all both near and far. We were also pleasantly surprised by the outdoor space and fire pit in the back and the beautiful front porch with fire table. We would definitely stay here again and again…highly recommend!

I truly cannot say enough good things about this house and Mary and her husband. This house could not be more perfect. All of the little details and care that Mary and her husband put into this home is remarkable. It felt cleaner than a hotel and the layout was fantastic. Our AAU travel basketball team stayed here while in town for a tournament, and we all could not get over how amazing of a stay it was. This place is the perfect getaway with the town being so fun, the lake being so close, and of course Cedar Point being just down the road. We loved this place so much that we are already planning next year’s stay. If you have anything with a large number (or honestly even a small number) of people, 100000% choose this place over a hotel. Mary and her husband were so considerate with even the amenities and supplies left for use. If you stay here though, please treat it with the respect and love it deserves. Thanks again for allowing us to create memories in your beautiful home!! :)

This is the most amazing property that has every amenity you could ever imagine. Truly made cooking preparation simple with all of the resources that were provided. The openness of the floor plan truly gave space for all to gather and have their own privacy. This house is the perfect gathering place for family and friends. I would definitely book again.

The perfect and unique house for any celebration. Around every corner is a surprise. It was so clean and organized. It is stocked with everything you could ever want. The kitchen is a chefs dream and the long kitchen island was the hub of activity for our weekend. The back yard was a perfect place to relax and regroup after exploring the Sandusky area. Mary was an ideal host. She answered any and all questions within minutes leading up to the trip. All I can say is book this house as soon as you can. It is worth it!

This was by far the best experience we have had renting a home. We celebrated a milestone birthday with our family-12 adults and 5 children ages 3-15. The home was great for all ages. The movie theater and game room were loved by all. I loved the kitchen-the home is very well equipped with everything needed to make gourmet meals. The host is very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The location is ideal-close to the downtown and very safe and walkable. The house truly is a mansion with every amenity imaginable. And it was spotless! Thank you!

Just enjoyed our second time visiting this property; and again, had a great stay! We’re a group of 16 that connect each winter for a long weekend of fun, food, and hanging out - and this property couldn’t be more accommodating! This property offers comfort and space for a great getaway - including a large commercial kitchen; theater and game rooms, and various sitting rooms to just chill/relax.And the hosts provide very well for their guests - many unexpected conveniences are provided that we’ve not seen in other rentals, making stays here extremely comfortable.Thanks again for great getaway!!

Many hosts want a 5-Star review, but few offer 5-Star accommodations. This is not one of those properties. Everything exceeded expectation from the property itself to the interaction with the host. We booked a family Christmas weekend / birthday celebration for my mom’s 80th. We had a wonderful time. The home was wonderfully decorated for Christmas And accommodated our 23 guests with ease. Can’t say enough about the experience. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate to book.

This place is even more amazing than the photos depict! If I could, I would give it 6 stars or rate it 11/10! The hosts are the best I’ve ever encountered - quick responses and they were so generous in getting us some things to make our family celebration more special (votive candles / holders and mason jars to use for flowers). The location is great too! So walkable to everything. We only wish we could have stayed longer. But hope to return again someday for another family event.

The online pictures doesnt do this property justice. It was better than expected. Ive stayed at several other properties and this one by far takes the cake. The host were awesome. This house was such a great spot for our family reunion! 26 of us under one roof. Great location, plenty to eat, drink and do within walking distance. Kids absolutely loved the theater room. Also great to be able to have meals all together.

There are not adequate words to describe how amazing this space is! Pictures don’t do it justice! Kitchen was incredibly stocked, and countless, thoughtful touches throughout. More than enough room for 32 of us to celebrate my parents 65th wedding anniversary. We showed home movies in the theatre, played games and room to eat all together…Spent the weekend and only left the property to go for a walk. To say Chris was great to work with would be an understatement. He was so kind and helpful. If you are considering this property don’t hesitate for a second!!!

We are a group of 20 friends that camp together every summer weekend and try to connect (all of us) off-season for an extended weekend. We found this Sandusky property and by description, pictures and location thought it would be a good fit – turns out it was a GREAT fit! We had the chance to meet our Host when we arrived and were given a tour of the property. Suffice it to say, the VRBO pictures were good, but reality was better! We were all incredibly pleased with size of the space, overall comfort, the décor, the sleeping accommodations, restrooms, and how well-appointed and cared for this property is. I can’t even begin to say how perfect this house was for a big group, it had absolutely everything we needed in such a good location. Everyone was so impressed I came home and I can’t stop talking about how big this place is. The kitchen is perfect along with the table allowing everyone to eat comfortably. Check in and check out was easy and the host was very easy to communicate with. Highly highly highly recommend.

Wonderful property for large gatherings. We had a family reunion and the house was perfect. The kitchen and living area was great for a large gathering and the bedrooms are spaced out as to have your own wing or section per family. We really enjoyed watching movies in the theatre at night. Fully equipped with all kitchen needs and only a few blocks to the waterfront. Highly recommend.

We used the house as a work retreat weekend for our office leaders and it was a massive hit with everyone. This house is by far the most unique rental I have ever stayed in. It comfortably fit our large group with a huge, beautiful common area on the first floor and bedrooms that allowed everyone to have their own space. The game room and movie theater were the cherry on top. The experience definitely exceeded our group's expectations!

Our family of 23 fit perfectly in this space. Excellent space to spend time together, cook, dine, watch movies, and get some good rest. We had infants at 1 year old, toddlers, teens, and adults and there was something for everyone. Parks in walking distance and beaches a short drive. We can’t wait to come back!
