We didn’t have a great experience. They have no elevator. Night one, had no air conditioning, room extremely uncomfortable. I let front desk know on Saturday AM. SAT 730PM anxious to enjoy swim up bar/hot tub. While I was changing they closed pool.I walked out to check if it closed & door closed. locked out of room. Went to get a card key to get back in. Front desk Axle GAVE us a set of KEYS. I inserted & turned & it broke with no pressure at all. Went immediately back to front desk to be told it wasn’t a room key but GOLF cart keys!!!! Then we were given new card key and we got in room. Shortly later Axle at room door confronts me & calls me stupid for not knowing that key didn’t go to my room & why is my card declining? Earlier in day I’d lost my card on island and had to cancel it. they were trying to automatically charge my credit card $300!! For the broken key! They forced us to remove 300 in cash were rude, intimidating & THEY were the ones who gave us a golf cart keys! Furthermore, we didn’t even have a cart. So it took 2 bouncers & 2 men running front desk. One named Axle with curly hair. Btw I’m 5’2” disabled lady. I was afraid all night. In am he was still working. Glaring at us. I asked to see mgr. none on duty. Finally met owner who said it’s end of season. They don’t normally act that way. No acknowledgment of how much they scared us, intimidated us and they refused to credit us. We left hotel and island a day early. This experience ruined our visit
