Room was clean. Heat worked well. Beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was your typical budget hotel cold breakfast.
TV didn’t work, said it couldn’t connect to any internet. I did not contact anyone to fix it though as I just needed to get to sleep quickly.
I did get double charged but they fixed it. I booked through Expedia and there was a charge for the correct amount ($53.46) on my card. After checking in, there was a Days Inn charge that showed up separately ($45.66). They don’t have an incidental charge and no one made me aware of any other charges that would be added.
I called them and the front desk staff had to reach out to the owner because she didn’t know what it was/how to fix it. The owner took the charge off right away.
So my suggestion is just to make sure your check your transactions after your stay to make sure your charged accordingly.
Otherwise, the stay was good. I would definitely use the hotel again.
