Cozy boathouse located at the Cedar Point entrance!

Come enjoy our newly renovated 2 bedroom townhouse/boathouse right at the Cedar Point entrance. Located in the heart of all Sandusky's attractions. 1 mile from Cedar Point, 2 miles from Sports Force, 2 miles from downtown Sandusky and a short boat ride to the islands. There is no lack of things to do in this area.
This house has a master suite with a king size bed and a second bedroom with two double beds. Sleeps a family of 4 very comfortably. It also includes two full bathrooms, laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen and living area. Towels and linens provided. House includes Wi-Fi, large smart TV in the living room and a smart TV in each bedroom. TVs are ROKU and you can log into your personal steaming apps as well as free channels. Unwind by sitting outside on the new patio furniture while making some dinner on the grill. No access to the boatwell at this time. This property has two parking spaces available but could have a third vehicle parked directly in front of the patio as long as the street is not blocked.

THINGS TO TAKE NOTE OF BEFORE YOUR STAY

1. This is a very close boating community filled with wonderful people. Everyone is there to relax and have a good time. Please be courteous and respectful to the residence. Gatherings do happen with the residents and periodic noise maybe heard inside unit as all boat houses have adjoining walls.
2. Take note that the speed limit on the street is 5mph. Please be sure to follow this posted speed as many times there are children and animals crossing.
3. If paying additional fee for access to the boat well, it is use at your own risk and owner will not be responsible for any incidents. No access to the boat lift.
4. No swimming in the boat well or anywhere near the boat houses due to safety issues.
5. No trespassing on any other resident's property.
