The Space:

This family-friendly bungalow is located in beautiful Dover Bay, just a short walk to the Marina and has everything you need to relax and enjoy lake time!  60 Welty Drive is a three-bedroom plus loft bungalow located just a stone's throw from the Dover Bay Marina where you will find boat moorage available for rent, a convenience store, Dover Bay Beach and the delicious DISH Restaurant and Bar. Explore the 9 miles of walking trails and the 9 acres of park areas within the development. Bring your camera! This fully appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath home includes a gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling and sleeping arrangements for up to 11 guests when you include the *two* bonus sleeper sofas in the upstairs loft and downstairs living area. The first floor consists of the primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed setup and a full bathroom in between the two bedrooms off the hallway. There is also a sleeper sofa on the main floor that pulls out into a queen bed. Upstairs is the third bedroom with a queen bed and an additional queen sofa sleeper out in the loft TV lounge. There is a second full bathroom upstairs in the hallway as well. Outside is a nice, covered porch with comfortable lounge furniture to relax while cooking for your family on the gas BBQ for those summer meals.



The Dover Bay Resort offers a wide range of amenities including a Marina, convenience store, and miles of walking and biking trails.  Marina slips and trailer parking are available separately and privately managed by Dover Bay.  Balto Dog Park offers a beach and swimming area, along with a small playground and restrooms.



This is a pet friendly home and up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional pet fee of $125.



Note:  Lake Club Fitness is privately owned and is unfortunately not open to vacation rental guests at this home.



Guest Access:

You'll receive an email 7 days prior to arrival and a text message 5 days prior to arrival (and again 1 day prior) with a Guest Guidebook. This will have the property's address, access code for door lock or lockbox location, WiFi information and area recommendations.
