„Not able to check in at 4:30pm on a Monday since the place was completely abandoned and I was required to call a local phone number which I was not able to with "only" a data sim for Australia. I'm a very frequent traveler and never run into a similar issue. Rroom was in a very bad condition including a basically broken toilet seat and a water-leaking air conditioner (had to switch it off to not ruin the carpet). Toilet brush was covered with poo of former guests, no cleaning/replacing at all. ...

„Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for 5 people. Peace, quiet (cicada version of quiet!), kangaroo families, fire pit, close to beaches and lake. The solitude of the lakefront was a highlight, just us and the birds and leaping fish. Cabin had everything we needed (just byo linen). Great bush and water experience, highly recommended. “

„Sparkling clean, well-appointed 3 bedroom home with a beautiful outlook to the creek from the expansive covered deck and backyard. We were visited by kangaroos and a variety of birds. The hosts have thought of everything and even provided cooking oil, aluminium foil, honey and Vegemite. It was a little unusual having a second bathroom which was only accessible via the rear deck and we were surprised at the level of road traffic noise during the night given the location. It is within a short drive of both Hyams & Collingwood beaches as well as groceries, restaurants/cafes & other shops.
