„We had a wonderful & relaxing weekend at ZEN. There were so many things that made it exceptional, hot tub during a snowfall, soaking tub etc. One of the most underrated things though was the towel warmer! What a fantastic thing to have when you come back in from the hot tub during a snow storm!We look forward to trying to make this an annual trip.“

„Red flags from the get go. Host did not respond to messages prior to check in until I finally called her at which time she said something rude and hung up on me. I called back and explained who i was and then she was polite. 30 mins prior to check in we got a message that check in would be delayed from 330p to 5pm due to a broken pipe. „Overall, the house is very nice and provides for all the basic needs. Some things have been overlooked, such as providing an adequate number of hangers in the closets and a drying rack for hand-washed dishes in the kitchen. Also, there wasn't a single sharp knife in the kitchen, In general, the kitchen was not adequately equipped.“
