Highlights unseres Aufenthalts: die ausgesprochen hilfsbereiten und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitenden des Hotels sowie das fantastische Frühstücksbuffet. In Italien in einem Hotel selten ein so grosszügiges Frühstück bekommen! “

„Extrem abgelegen. Sehr karge Umgebung (landschaftlich). Unterkunft eigentlich zu teuer für den angebotenen Standard. Zu wenig Gastronomie auf dem Anwesen (lediglich ein Restaurant mit relativ hohen Preisen und geringem Speisenangebot nur abends). Zudem zu späte Öffnungszeit ab 20.15 Uhr. “

„This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy.“
