I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it, especially for families.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the atmosphere was not what was advertised. There was loud music playing well into the night—until around 3 AM—which made it nearly impossible to get any rest. There were random people coming in and out of the property who didn’t appear to be hotel guests, creating an uncomfortable environment.
The hotel seemed far more focused on operating as a restaurant and lounge than as a place for guests to relax. The staff prioritized restaurant patrons over those actually staying at the hotel, which was frustrating and disappointing. Any concerns we had felt dismissed.
One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the advertised ocean views, but those were completely obstructed by restaurant tables and lounge furniture. It felt misleading and not at all what we expected based on the listing.
Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations. We ended up checking out after just one night and finding alternative accommodations. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you’re hoping for a peaceful, family-friendly stay.
