„The resort lacks in providing free internet and television. The room allowed a large spider to enter through an unfinished hole in the wall. There is no cooking allowed inside the room which is an inconvenience. A microwave at least could have been present. There was no hot water present on site to properly clean ones self.“
„I booked the incorrect property in an opposite direction that i was traveling and contacted the staff immediately after, but they refused the cancelation. My fault at first sure, but they should give a refund if you aren't staying there.“
