Wonderful experience in quiet golf community villa!

We had a lovely time in Russ & Renee’s lovely villa! We were fortunate to meet Russ, who shared lots of great tips on what to do and see in the area. The villa has four lovely bedrooms, each with access to a full bathroom. The villa also has a large pool-side patio with lots of seating as well as several decks (two on second floor; one of which is very large) and one on roof top (also very large) so there are lots places to relax and enjoy the fabulous weather. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything needed to make meals at home. The villa’s location is excellent for enjoying the beaches, golf courses, or historic hilltop towns. There are many interesting sights in this area. We had a lovely time and I would highly recommend this villa to others.

Een super complete, luxe en gezellig warm ingerichte villa

We hebben een hele maand doorgebracht in deze mooie villa. De villa heeft een warme gezellige inrichting. We hebben vaak buiten de deur gegeten, maar om de keuken hoef je dat niet te doen. Die is ook van alle gemakken voorzien. De slaapkamers en badkamers zijn prima en badlakens en beddengoed is er in overvloed. Al met al hebben wij er ons thuis gevoeld en van genoten.

An excellent villa

As on previous occasions, an excellent villa with several enhancements since our last stay. Exceptionally well maintained with every appliance one could wish for, very comfortable and clean, very good welcome pack. Our only problem was the newly installed internet TV system which, had it have worked, would be superb. As it was, the backup satellite system was fine. I suspect that the owner may need to arrange for a visit by the internet TV system installer to pay a visit. This has been communicated to him separately through the very helpful local agent at San Roque. Many thanks.

Lovely home from home for our holidays

Firstly we really don't feel the photographs do this villa justice, upon arrival the villa was much bigger than we anticipated so spacious with everything you could possibly need. Villa was spotless with lots of fluffy white towels in every bathroom. Beds were very comfortable as was the lounge area. There was ample seating both inside and out. The garden/pool area and terraces where suntraps and you could happily lounge in the sun if you choose from around 8am until around 8pm. We met the pool man during our stay who was very pleasant and kept the pool and garden area clean and tidy. The welcome pack was a nice touch after an early morning travelling although the children were more interested in jumping straight into the pool. Hopefully we will return again in the future to this home from home.

Fabulous family holiday in San Roque

We had a fabulous holiday in San Roque - just a few miles away from beautiful Sotogrande. The villa location is wonderful, overlooking the 13th hole on the old course at San Roque Golf Club. As there is so much to do we did not get chance to play, but a morning stroll from the 13th to the 18th gave a clear indication of the beauty of this challenging gold course. The villa itself is excellent with ample space and four double rooms. There are numerous places to soak up the sun and the owner has made sure that it is kitted out with everything you could possibly need during your stay. It is truly luxury accommodation. In summary, a great place to base yourself to explore all the region has to offer. Loads of lovely ports, Puerto Banus just up the road and Gibraltar 20 mins away. If you do head to Gibraltar to see the spectacular views from the top of the rock, make sure you take your passports. If you don't they will not let you in!

An excellent villa

The villa is extremely well equipped with everything one could ever require. Cleanliness on arrival was spotless. The location is ideal, only 10 mins away from a village with shops etc. There is also a small supermarket very close by in the San Rqoue complex, adjacent to a very good restaurant, only 2 - 3 mins drive from the villa. It is ideally situated for golfers, being on the San Roque golf complex with numerous other courses within 15 mins. The four bedrooms, all en suite, are very comfortable. It has a small pool, which can be heated with an extra charge but I'm sure in the summer proper it would be warm enough without heating. Overall, a very enjoyable two weeks and we would highly recommend it for a family holiday, or for a bunch of adults on a golfing break. The price is also competitive for that area of Spain.

Lovely comfortable villa.in San Roque

Lovely villa which we really enjoyed and would like to return at a similar time next year. The only person we saw was the pool man. Fridge/larder / /welcome pack, well stocked. Well furnished with excellent facilities.

An excellent villa

This 4 bedroom all en suite villa is quite exceptional in all aspects. It is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The welcome pack is ideal for late arrival, the beds are very comfortable and the local agent is helpful and amenable to any request. The only downside during our stay in early Nov 17 was a problem with buffering on the internet based TV system. I suspect this was a problem with the local internet devices provider because download speed varied from 10 Mbps to 2.1. I know that the owner is addressing this problem with urgency. For golfers the location is ideal with many good courses within 5 to 20 mins. Very reasonable price for rental of a villa of this standard. Many thanks for a superb week.

Lovely location, very clean and well equiped property, fantastic pool.

When we arrived after drive from Malaga it was great to find the house spotless and ready for us, the pool just begging for us to swim in. A very good welcome hamper with a selection of all the necessary items including red and white wine for your first day/night. Plenty space on a number of terraces at different levels, Master bedroom terrace is massive.You can follow the sun all day on the terraces and it's also perfect for stargazing in the evening as no light pollution. the gardener visited a couple of times a week and he also checked filters and cleaned the pool. There was plenty linen, pool towels and gowns etc. you couldn't ask for more. The BBQ we used almost every evening as the dining alfresco just has to be done. All in all we both really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend number 12. We were only two but there is ample accommodation for eight adults and all rooms are en-suite. We are looking to return next year.

Great Villa in San Roque

We have just come back from almost 2 weeks in San Roque and really enjoyed staying there. The villa is well located, nice and clean and with all the amenities your require. The garden is nice and private with a good pool. The pool man came several times during our stay and cleaned the pool. The owners are very helpfull and had organized a welcoming package with some food and drinks which was really nice as we had arrived on an early flight and didn't need to go shopping immediately. All in all a really good experience and can definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday

We just spent 10 days here and I was so impressed with the villa. It was really easy to find, i used my google maps to find it no bother! It was so spacious , and had everything we needed. The beds are so comfortable and with lovely stylish bedding. There were so many places to relax within the villa; in the lounge, by the pool , outside on all 4 terraces , the main one there's a master bedroom terrace , one off a bedroom and 2 top floor terraces which were sun traps ! My favourite was by the pool and outside the master bedroom for breakfast and sundowners. The bathrooms are lovely with very soft fluffy towels each room has a shower and toilet and the master has a bath and shower. Which was great as our 3 year old loves baths. The TV had A good selection of sky channels and there are decent DVDs - including Frozen ! - result! And my mum found a riveting book amongst the library On arrival we had some welcomed basics in the fridge with tea and coffee and a bottle of red and white . There are all the facilities you need for a home from home environment/ including a toddler toilet seat , step up and a 3 wheel pram which was excellent for going on pram walks through the golf course. We visited the equestrian centre where the horses are well looked after, walked around the golf course and admiring all the luxury villas. We visited the golf club where we found out you can use it for a fee, and we used the swimming pool and ate at the poolside restaurant which was really very reasonable with very large portions! The complex is gated and residential we felt very secure there, there was also a small amenities complex which had a small shop , cafe , restaurant and kindergarten that we saw. The shop is good for basics and British home comforts but we preferred to go to the local supermarcado which is about 5 mins drive away. We hired a car and drove all over , the roads are really easy but if you are going every day somewhere you can choose routes without going through the various toll roads which vary from 1.95 euros to 4.55 euros but they do cut down the travel time as they are empty ! There are several towns to visit nearby and one beach resort which was great is called Estepona . It had a lovely long stretch of beach with a promenade, great playgrounds and restaurants . There is also a large carrefour there - hypermarket to do your shopping at. Marbella is about 40 min drive away And there are all sorts of activities around there.
