Perfect location, modern design, large indoor/outdoor spaces and luxury amenities. This home is an experience unlike any other. Everything you need is here with the bay in your very own backyard. Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, this luxury home is ideal for relaxing getaways, artist trips, yoga retreats, family get-togethers or a low-key reunion with friends. This is not ideal for large or lively groups.

Relax with the whole family at this waterfront peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the peace and quiet in this beautiful property watching water activities and birdlife in the water. Swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding right from your dock!

SLEEPING:
With 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, there’s plenty of space for everyone to lounge and relax. Two bedrooms are combined to one room with 2 queen size beds . In addition there are 3 more separate bedrooms .

Bedroom 1 — King size bed with private en-suite bathroom. Includes 1 couch and air mattress.

Bedroom 2 — Queen size bed

Bedroom 3 — Queen size bed

Bedroom 4 — Two Queen size beds

Bedroom 5 — Queen size bed

FAMILY & PETS:
We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog's breed and age for consideration. We will request a $50 cleaning & companion fee per pet and ask you to agree to the pet rules. Please see our House Rules for more information.

EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must be the same as on the reservation. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS!
Follow our Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or shooting a video, please let us know what it is for. If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage.

NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.

Tranquil Family Gathering

This is a true four bedroom, but the number of beds and bathrooms is correct. The outdoor living space is fantastic, very quiet and peaceful setting. Close to everything. Good for large dinners and seating. Hot tub works.

Deceptive Listing & Communication

As many reviews have pointed out prior to me, this listing is deceptive and the host is very well aware of the inaccuracies in the listing. If you are willing to be gaslit and lied to- please stay here!First off- the reviews posting the inaccuracies were after my booking but before my stay- thus I had no idea prior to booking of what was to come. Given I booked months in advance, additional reviews were posted, giving me an idea of what was to come- and frankly hoped that the issues were fixed. My three biggest main gripes:- There are NOT five bedrooms- there are only four. The host is well aware and continues to post it as-such which is deceiving his future visitors into believing there is more available space than there is. - There is NOT air conditioning. We stayed on a particular hot weekend, and while there are MULTIPLE thermostats on property- the host informed me they do not actually work. The listing states air conditioning is available.- Checkout time IS 11AM. The day prior to checkout the host texts me that checkout is 10AM- when I refer to the original listing, he implies he is doing me a "favor" by letting me checkout later. Overall, the property itself is fine and nice. There is no street parking but the driveway easily fit 4 cars. The neighborhood felt slightly sketchy but the home is on a cul-de-sac. The backyard is the highlight which sits on the water with some great views.

Stayed here with family while in town for a nearby wedding. There was plenty of space for 8 adults and 2 children. There was enough parking for our 4 cars and we could have fit a 5th. All bedding and furniture were clean. We couldn’t get the propane grill to work or else I would’ve given 5 stars. All other appliances worked just fine. Whole Foods and Target nearby was a huge benefit for a quick meal and necessities. Overall trip was pleasant and would stay again.

NOT 5 bedrooms!

Hmm where to start … the view and location was quite nice. My complaint is that the listing says it is 5 bedrooms and it is NOT. Why? Why do they list it as a 5bedroom and provide photos for 5 bedrooms when it is only 4 bedrooms?!? We rents it because we needed 5!!!Also, the electrical outlets did not work - in the primary bedroom we could not find one plug that worked. The lamps did not work, the tv didn’t work, and we couldn’t charge our phone. The space itself was nice and functional and the kitchen was very well stocked and had everything you need. Communication was weird. A video was sent with check in instructions—which were easy. No address was given and then on check out day the owner tried to FaceTime me at 8:15am!!! And then texted that check out was 10am when the posting clearly states 11am. When I told him I wasn’t leaving until 11am and sent him a screen shot of the posting he acted like he was doing me a favor letting us stay until 11am. Lame. I did not complain about any of this - largely because of his reaction to the renter right before us (whose review was not posted when I reserved the property, or I would have known it was only 4 bedrooms). We were all women staying there and did not want any trouble. I’m hoping this review makes him change the post—also, there is some reference to a Hawaiian oasis in the post—not even close. Maybe he repurposed an old listing?? The property was fine, I’d have been much happier if the listing was ACCURATE!

Listing is not accurate

House is a 4 bedroom home with 5 beds, there is no 5th bedroom. Location approximation on the map shows the house on one side of the river when its really on the other. Neighborhoods are VERY different from one side to the other. Booked our stay before the other review stating the same was posted. If you're traveling with younger kids, worth noting that the front door has no additional locking mechanisms inside other than it locks when it shuts, so them opening the door if someone knocks or opening the door and walking out easily is a concern. Also the slider in the master doesn't lock and is secured by a wooden dowel, and one of the bathrooms has a door directly to the back patio/river area. Check in communication from the host was clear and easy, but again, until this listing is updated, it is not a 5 bedroom and is not located where the pin approximates, so take that into account when considering booking.

Good place to stay for a quick overnight trip to marin.

This property offered a great water view and plenty of space, which made it perfect for our group of eight to stay comfortably. While the home hasn’t had many updates since it was originally built, we actually found that added to its charm.The backyard could use a bit of landscaping and cleanup, but the outdoor seating was great—we enjoyed appetizers out there and even did some fishing off the dock.One downside was that the master bathroom didn’t have hot water, though the other three bathrooms did, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was exceptionally clean.The host was also wonderful—very responsive whenever we had questions or needed anything. We had a little delay getting acces information, but once we called him, it all worked out. We were told chdckout would be 10, but after we asked for and extra hour he was kind and extended it. The home is located in a lively neighborhood, which we found to be kind of cool. On Friday night, there were a lot of street vendors set up on the street nearby, and we found some delicious, authentic Mexican food just around the corner on Canal Street. That was definitely a cool bonus!

Beautiful Water-side Property

Stayed here for a small gathering of friends for a weekend and could not have been more happy. This Vrbo had than enough space for our 8 person and 1 dog stay, and the large entertainment areas made it easy for everyone hang out and relax. Although we didn't have time to use the hot tub, the host let us use a kayak they had on site and we had a great time taking turns kayaking in the canal. The weather was beautiful, which added to how nice the location is. Check in and check out was easy and simple, and the host was extremely responsive to all questions I had prior to the stay and even during our stay.

LIES IN THE LISTING - ONLY 4 BEDROOMS!!!

The listing claims 5 bedrooms and 7 beds. THIS IS A LIE! The house has 4 bedrooms and 5 beds. Host was argumentative and unwilling to make things right by me and my team some of which had to sleep on couches. Host texted morning of check out and told us to leave by 10am when the listing says 11am. The house is old and outdated. Worst experience EVER!!!Do not rent from this liar.
