„We had a great experience in this boutique hotel in the center of Lecce. Loved the spacious room with comfy bed. Everything smelled good with the Bulgari fragrances. Would definitely come back. There is only one minor suggestion I would give related to better handling of credit cards without leaving a paper trail. Other than that it was perfect and also great value for money. “

„We had a 3 night stay. After the 1st night they asked us to leave because they double booked the room and the other reservation had 5 night stay. Very unpleasant and inconvenient trying to book and packing stuff to leave. Anyways the first night was not great. A/C was not working properly and a loud sound kept me up at night from the door. La cosa assolutamente inesistente e a mio parere improponibile è la colazione. Non esiste praticamente. Ci si accinge al banco di un bar a piano terra dove non c'è praticamente nulla di esposto se non 2 pasticciotti e 2 brioche di numero. Certo , ti dicono di ordinare quello che vuoi....ma cosa ? „L'albergo è un pò datato e di conseguenza anche l'arredamento. Però non manca niente e, considerato il costo, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è eccellente. E' situato in una zona tranquilla e le camere sono dotate di balcone. Il personale è stato gentilissimo. Forse è un pò fuori mano per chi deve muoversi a piedi, ma per chi ha l'auto non è un problema, si raggiunge il centro in meno di 5 minuti. Fra l'altro è dotato di un ampio parcheggio, compreso nel prezzo. Consigliatissimo !!!“

"Ein Grand Hotel, was die besten Zeiten leider schon hinter sich gebracht hat. Die Einrichtung ist sichtlich verwohnt und auch nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. Leider war auch das Personal an der Rezeption eher unfreundlich und schon Fast genervt wenn man mit einem Anliegen kam. insoweit würde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Frühstück war ok aber da hatte ich mir von einem 4 Sterne Haus besseres erwartet-.Alles in allem leider enttäuschend."
