„I booked the Dubai Room mid March for 2 nights. I got there and the room smelled strongly of mildue and was very moist. Water was pouring in through the door because it is not designed correctly when it rains. The staff was accommodating and moved me to the New York room which was a 10/10. I do not recommend booking the Dubai suite but other rooms are a must. Manager is super nice and he acknowledged the issue. „It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive.“

„This place is across the street from the biggest party place in San Pedro. There is also an air hockey machine right outside the bedroom window that people played at any hour. I left early and found a quieter hotel. The shower hot water didn’t work, and the toilet stopped having running water- the front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful, the owner was difficult and unpleasant.“
